This Privacy Policy explains how VaruKI (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the VaruKI mobile application and related services.
1. Information we may process
- Account information: information used to register, sign in, and maintain your account, such as your email address and account identifier.
- Content you provide: messages, prompts, preferences, check-ins, voice inputs, images, or other content you choose to submit to app features.
- Generated content: AI responses, generated images/portraits, and related conversation or feature history, where those features are used.
- Purchase information: subscription or entitlement status and transaction-related identifiers provided by the relevant app store or billing provider. Payment card details are generally handled by the store/payment provider, not directly by VaruKI.
- Technical and usage information: app version, device/diagnostic information, logs, and feature usage to the extent collected by the app or its service providers.
2. How information may be used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts; provide chat, voice, check-in, image-generation, and subscription features; respond to support requests; maintain and improve the service; prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and process or restore purchases.
3. AI and service providers
Some features may send prompts, messages, voice input, or images to third-party AI or infrastructure providers to generate responses or operate the service. Those providers may process the submitted information to deliver the requested feature. The owner must list the actual providers and review their data-use and retention terms before publication.
4. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate the app (such as hosting, AI processing, customer support, security, and app-store billing), when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not intend to sell personal information for money. This statement must be updated if actual practices differ.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request account deletion at the account deletion page. Deletion may not immediately remove information that must be retained by law or that remains in backups for a limited period; any exceptions and timelines must reflect the actual implementation.
6. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
VaruKI is not intended for children under the minimum age permitted by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. You may also stop using app features or request account deletion using the page linked above.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes should be communicated as required by law.
